  • 1 8 oz package of softened cream cheese

  • 3 tbsp lemon instant pudding

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup icing sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional toppings:

  • fruit sauce

  • sprinkle of cinnamon

  • whipped topping

Preparation

Cheesecake Taco filling

Place all ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl. Beat together until smooth - aiming for a hard ice cream consistency.

Spoon mixture into a piping bag, or a ziploc bag with a cut hope to pipe mixture into tacos. Divide evenly amongst all of the dessert taco shells. Serve with your favourite toppings - and probably an extra helping of napkins! ENJOY!
